Answer (Explaining the Concept): Daniel H. Speller, LLC is a business established to assist other businesses - similar to that of a virtual assistant.

Our main focus is Internet Broadcasting and business promotions. In order to raise operating capital, we offer this Business Directory as part of a larger promotion packet that's being developed to assist businesses with an affordable marketing program.

The $120/yearly price for the Basic Ad Pack is still reflective of our $10 monthly introductory price and is aimed at helping businesses who may not normally get exposure in the local market. It will help us to reach our goal of getting the first 300 people to join our directory. The first 300 members of the Directory will be our "Charter Group" and will receive the benefit of enjoying our other promotional services as they come on line--provided they continue with their Directory Ad.

After we get the 300 for the Charter Group, the Introductory campaign will end. The Directory will still be opened for new listings, however, the price and other terms may be subject to change.

The Charter Group will receive the other promo items (like ads in our newsletter, and sponsor spots on the Internet Radio Broadcast as an added value to their Directory Listing. As we develop other types of marketing beyond what I've mentioned above, the Charter Group will get discounted rates and discounted rates on other services offered by Daniel H. Speller, LLC.
